Across TCGA cell cohorts, SCARB2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 5,096 significant associations in total. BONE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SCARB2-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Regulation of endosome organization, ER-nucleus signaling pathway, and Protein deglycosylation. Each is linked with SCARB2 in more than 19 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SCARB2-to-partner and partner-to-SCARB2 results are reported.
