Cross-omicsMUTATION → MUTATIONCell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA cell cohorts, SCARB2 mutation is significantly associated with the mutation status of many other genes, with 651 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible SCARB2-associated genes across cancer lineages are ZNF112, CUL3, and REM1. Each is linked with SCARB2 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SCARB2-to-partner and partner-to-SCARB2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, ZNF112 grouped by SCARB2-low versus SCARB2-high in BLOOD_Leukemia.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SCARB2→partner) and Y-score (partner→SCARB2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
