SCARA5

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SCARA5 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 36 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SCARA5-associated genes across cancer lineages are FoxM1, eIF4E, and JNK_pT183_Y185. Each is linked with SCARA5 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SCARA5-to-partner and partner-to-SCARA5 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, FoxM1 grouped by SCARA5-low versus SCARA5-high in LUAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SCARA5→partner) and Y-score (partner→SCARA5) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
