SCARA3

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SCARA3 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 15,442 significant associations in total. HNSC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SCARA3-associated proteins across cancer lineages are SARM1, PPIF, and RPL27A. Each is linked with SCARA3 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SCARA3-to-partner and partner-to-SCARA3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SCARA3 versus SARM1 in COAD, with a Pearson correlation of 0.41.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SCARA3→partner) and Y-score (partner→SCARA3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
