SCAPER

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SCAPER RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 17,134 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SCAPER-associated proteins across cancer lineages are MGAT1, CTSA, and PTPN1. Each is linked with SCAPER in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SCAPER-to-partner and partner-to-SCAPER results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SCAPER versus MGAT1 in CCRCC, with a Pearson correlation of -0.57.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SCAPER→partner) and Y-score (partner→SCAPER) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
