Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, SCAPER protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 12,889 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible SCAPER-associated genes across cancer lineages are MPI, HCLS1, and BIN2. Each is linked with SCAPER in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SCAPER-to-partner and partner-to-SCAPER results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SCAPER versus MPI in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.66.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SCAPER→partner) and Y-score (partner→SCAPER) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
