SCAPER

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SCAPER mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 55 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SCAPER-associated genes across cancer lineages are STAT3_pY705, ASNS, and 14-3-3_beta. Each is linked with SCAPER in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SCAPER-to-partner and partner-to-SCAPER results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, STAT3_pY705 grouped by SCAPER-low versus SCAPER-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SCAPER→partner) and Y-score (partner→SCAPER) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
