SCAPER

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, SCAPER mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 49 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SCAPER-associated genes across cancer lineages are REG3G, IQCF6, and NOBOX. Each is linked with SCAPER in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SCAPER-to-partner and partner-to-SCAPER results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, REG3G grouped by SCAPER-low versus SCAPER-high in BLOOD_Lymphoma.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SCAPER→partner) and Y-score (partner→SCAPER) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
