SCAND3P1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SCAND3P1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 11,070 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SCAND3P1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are NBEA, ANKRD22, and SMAD4. Each is linked with SCAND3P1 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SCAND3P1-to-partner and partner-to-SCAND3P1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SCAND3P1 versus NBEA in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.54.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SCAND3P1→partner) and Y-score (partner→SCAND3P1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
