SCAND2P

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SCAND2P RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 12,593 significant associations in total. HNSC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SCAND2P-associated proteins across cancer lineages are ZNF592, IGF1R, and ANP32A. Each is linked with SCAND2P in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SCAND2P-to-partner and partner-to-SCAND2P results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SCAND2P versus ZNF592 in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.39.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SCAND2P→partner) and Y-score (partner→SCAND2P) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
