Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, SCAMP5 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 3 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated SCAMP5 data layer compared with 19 for mass-spec protein and 2 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in lung squamous cell carcinoma (LUSC), where higher SCAMP5 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated SCAMP5 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
LUSC, UCEC, and HNSC are the cancer types where SCAMP5 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
