SCAMP5

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SCAMP5 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 7,220 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SCAMP5-associated genes across cancer lineages are NENF, GCNA, and LRFN2. Each is linked with SCAMP5 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SCAMP5-to-partner and partner-to-SCAMP5 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SCAMP5→partner) and Y-score (partner→SCAMP5) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
