SCAMP4

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SCAMP4 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 11,223 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SCAMP4-associated proteins across cancer lineages are GNA11, CARM1, and WDR19. Each is linked with SCAMP4 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SCAMP4-to-partner and partner-to-SCAMP4 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SCAMP4→partner) and Y-score (partner→SCAMP4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
