Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, SCAMP1 mass-spec protein is linked to patient survival in 7 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated SCAMP1 data layer compared with 26 for mass-spec protein and 2 for mutation status.

The strongest signal is observed in head and neck squamous cell carcinoma (HNSC), where higher SCAMP1 mass-spec protein is associated with better disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated SCAMP1 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as HNSC and COAD show a favorable association.

HNSC, LSCC, and LUAD are the cancer types where SCAMP1 mass-spec protein most reproducibly stratifies survival.
