SCAMP1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SCAMP1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 15,717 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SCAMP1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are TBCA, RASA1, and PLEKHO2_T311. Each is linked with SCAMP1 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SCAMP1-to-partner and partner-to-SCAMP1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SCAMP1 versus TBCA in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.47.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SCAMP1→partner) and Y-score (partner→SCAMP1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
