SCAMP1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SCAMP1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,823 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SCAMP1-associated genes across cancer lineages are ZNF736P8Y, RNA5SP369, and RNU6ATAC11P. Each is linked with SCAMP1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SCAMP1-to-partner and partner-to-SCAMP1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, ZNF736P8Y grouped by SCAMP1-low versus SCAMP1-high in SKCM.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SCAMP1→partner) and Y-score (partner→SCAMP1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
