Across TCGA patient cohorts, SCAMP1 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 18 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SCAMP1-associated genes across cancer lineages are p62 Lck ligand, eIF4E, and FOXO3a_pS318_S321. Each is linked with SCAMP1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SCAMP1-to-partner and partner-to-SCAMP1 results are reported.
