Across TCGA cell cohorts, SCAMP1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,790 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible SCAMP1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Negative regulation of beige fat cell differentiation, Golgi organization, and Protein polyubiquitination. Each is linked with SCAMP1 in more than 10 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SCAMP1-to-partner and partner-to-SCAMP1 results are reported.
