SCAF8

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SCAF8 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 13,059 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SCAF8-associated genes across cancer lineages are PDCD2, HBS1L, and TCP1. Each is linked with SCAF8 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SCAF8-to-partner and partner-to-SCAF8 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SCAF8→partner) and Y-score (partner→SCAF8) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
