SCAF4

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SCAF4 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 13,716 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SCAF4-associated proteins across cancer lineages are XPO1, NONO, and BUB3. Each is linked with SCAF4 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SCAF4-to-partner and partner-to-SCAF4 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SCAF4 versus XPO1 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.40.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SCAF4→partner) and Y-score (partner→SCAF4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
