SCAF4

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SCAF4 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 14,064 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SCAF4-associated genes across cancer lineages are MIS18A, GART, and HMGN1. Each is linked with SCAF4 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SCAF4-to-partner and partner-to-SCAF4 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SCAF4 versus MIS18A in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.43.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SCAF4→partner) and Y-score (partner→SCAF4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
