SCAF4

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SCAF4 protein abundance is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 24,137 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SCAF4-associated proteins across cancer lineages are PNN, RBM15, and RBM25. Each is linked with SCAF4 in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SCAF4-to-partner and partner-to-SCAF4 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SCAF4 versus PNN in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.86.

protein abundance associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SCAF4→partner) and Y-score (partner→SCAF4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
