SCAF4

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SCAF4 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 65 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SCAF4-associated genes across cancer lineages are GAPDH, p90 RSK, and Caspase-7-cleavedD198. Each is linked with SCAF4 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SCAF4-to-partner and partner-to-SCAF4 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, GAPDH grouped by SCAF4-low versus SCAF4-high in SKCM.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SCAF4→partner) and Y-score (partner→SCAF4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
