SCAF4

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, SCAF4 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,100 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SCAF4-associated genes across cancer lineages are PADI6, IL1F10, and OPRK1. Each is linked with SCAF4 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SCAF4-to-partner and partner-to-SCAF4 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, PADI6 grouped by SCAF4-low versus SCAF4-high in SOFT_TISSUE.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SCAF4→partner) and Y-score (partner→SCAF4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
