SCAF11

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SCAF11 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 10,824 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SCAF11-associated genes across cancer lineages are PA2G4, SNRPF, and KANSL2. Each is linked with SCAF11 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SCAF11-to-partner and partner-to-SCAF11 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SCAF11 versus PA2G4 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.58.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SCAF11→partner) and Y-score (partner→SCAF11) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
