SCAF11

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SCAF11 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 40 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SCAF11-associated genes across cancer lineages are PDCD4, Caspase-7-cleavedD198, and Notch1. Each is linked with SCAF11 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SCAF11-to-partner and partner-to-SCAF11 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, PDCD4 grouped by SCAF11-low versus SCAF11-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SCAF11→partner) and Y-score (partner→SCAF11) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
