Across TCGA cell cohorts, SCAF11 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,499 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible SCAF11-associated genes across cancer lineages are PRKD2, DHRS2, and IRF2BP2. Each is linked with SCAF11 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SCAF11-to-partner and partner-to-SCAF11 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SCAF11 versus PRKD2 in BLOOD_Myeloma, with a Pearson correlation of 0.82.
