SCAF11

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, SCAF11 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 145 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SCAF11-associated genes across cancer lineages are IL1F10, IFNL2, and DPRX. Each is linked with SCAF11 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SCAF11-to-partner and partner-to-SCAF11 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, IL1F10 grouped by SCAF11-low versus SCAF11-high in SOFT_TISSUE.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SCAF11→partner) and Y-score (partner→SCAF11) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
