SCAF1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SCAF1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 11,035 significant associations in total. LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SCAF1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are PRMT1, FAM102A_S189, and TRIM28. Each is linked with SCAF1 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SCAF1-to-partner and partner-to-SCAF1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SCAF1 versus PRMT1 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.38.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SCAF1→partner) and Y-score (partner→SCAF1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
