Across TCGA patient cohorts, SCAF1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 12,617 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SCAF1-associated genes across cancer lineages are CXCR2, PTOV1, and TFDP2. Each is linked with SCAF1 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SCAF1-to-partner and partner-to-SCAF1 results are reported.
