SCAF1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SCAF1 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 30 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SCAF1-associated genes across cancer lineages are MSH6, eIF4E, and ERK2. Each is linked with SCAF1 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SCAF1-to-partner and partner-to-SCAF1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MSH6 grouped by SCAF1-low versus SCAF1-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SCAF1→partner) and Y-score (partner→SCAF1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
