SCAF1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, SCAF1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,891 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SCAF1-associated genes across cancer lineages are C2orf42, RBBP4, and MTRNR2L6. Each is linked with SCAF1 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SCAF1-to-partner and partner-to-SCAF1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, C2orf42 grouped by SCAF1-low versus SCAF1-high in LARGE_INTESTINE.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SCAF1→partner) and Y-score (partner→SCAF1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
