SC5D

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SC5D RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 17,364 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SC5D-associated proteins across cancer lineages are UBE4A, DLG1, and VPS26B. Each is linked with SC5D in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SC5D-to-partner and partner-to-SC5D results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SC5D versus UBE4A in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.51.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SC5D→partner) and Y-score (partner→SC5D) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
