SC5D

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SC5D protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 10,419 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SC5D-associated genes across cancer lineages are NAXE, CCR2, and DLAT. Each is linked with SC5D in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SC5D-to-partner and partner-to-SC5D results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SC5D versus NAXE in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.26.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SC5D→partner) and Y-score (partner→SC5D) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
