SC5D

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SC5D mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 34 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SC5D-associated genes across cancer lineages are JNK_pT183_Y185, MEK1, and Notch1. Each is linked with SC5D in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SC5D-to-partner and partner-to-SC5D results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, JNK_pT183_Y185 grouped by SC5D-low versus SC5D-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SC5D→partner) and Y-score (partner→SC5D) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
