SC5D

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → FUNCTION-RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, SC5D RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 2,949 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Lymphoma shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SC5D-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Cholesterol biosynthetic process via desmosterol, Cholesterol biosynthetic process via lathosterol, and Secondary alcohol metabolic process. Each is linked with SC5D in more than 18 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SC5D-to-partner and partner-to-SC5D results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Cholesterol biosynthetic process via desmosterol grouped by SC5D-low versus SC5D-high in BONE.

RNA expression associated GO terms by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SC5D→partner) and Y-score (partner→SC5D) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
