SC5D

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, SC5D mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 10 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SC5D-associated genes across cancer lineages are TBX22, SNTG2, and FMR1NB. Each is linked with SC5D in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SC5D-to-partner and partner-to-SC5D results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, TBX22 grouped by SC5D-low versus SC5D-high in LARGE_INTESTINE.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SC5D→partner) and Y-score (partner→SC5D) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
