SBSPON

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SBSPON RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 11,901 significant associations in total. HNSC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SBSPON-associated proteins across cancer lineages are RPL7, ZNF703_S252, and STXBP1. Each is linked with SBSPON in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SBSPON-to-partner and partner-to-SBSPON results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SBSPON versus RPL7 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of -0.26.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SBSPON→partner) and Y-score (partner→SBSPON) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
