SBSPON

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SBSPON protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 10,830 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SBSPON-associated genes across cancer lineages are C7, MYH11, and ABCA8. Each is linked with SBSPON in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SBSPON-to-partner and partner-to-SBSPON results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SBSPON versus C7 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.35.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SBSPON→partner) and Y-score (partner→SBSPON) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
