Across TCGA cell cohorts, SBNO1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,178 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SBNO1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Heterochromatin organization, Epigenetic regulation of gene expression, and Cell cycle checkpoint signaling. Each is linked with SBNO1 in more than 16 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SBNO1-to-partner and partner-to-SBNO1 results are reported.
