SBNO1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, SBNO1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,575 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SBNO1-associated genes across cancer lineages are ATE1, SLC25A11, and TTC19. Each is linked with SBNO1 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SBNO1-to-partner and partner-to-SBNO1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, ATE1 grouped by SBNO1-low versus SBNO1-high in LARGE_INTESTINE.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SBNO1→partner) and Y-score (partner→SBNO1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
