Across TCGA patient cohorts, SBNO1-AS1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 12,292 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SBNO1-AS1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are SART3, SMC1A, and SMC3. Each is linked with SBNO1-AS1 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SBNO1-AS1-to-partner and partner-to-SBNO1-AS1 results are reported.
