Across TCGA patient cohorts, SBF1P2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 6,920 significant associations in total. STAD shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible SBF1P2-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Sensory organ morphogenesis, Negative regulation of transferase activity, and TORC1 signaling. Each is linked with SBF1P2 in more than 16 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SBF1P2-to-partner and partner-to-SBF1P2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.
