Across TCGA patient cohorts, SBF1P1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 9,296 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible SBF1P1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are STARD13_S171, CCDC9, and ANK2. Each is linked with SBF1P1 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SBF1P1-to-partner and partner-to-SBF1P1 results are reported.
