SBF1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → MUTATIONPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SBF1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the mutation status of many other genes, with 8,311 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SBF1-associated genes across cancer lineages are PPP1R3A, FLNB, and TP53. Each is linked with SBF1 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SBF1-to-partner and partner-to-SBF1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, PPP1R3A grouped by SBF1-low versus SBF1-high in UCEC.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SBF1→partner) and Y-score (partner→SBF1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
