SBF1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, SBF1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,047 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SBF1-associated genes across cancer lineages are TRAPPC13, GCH1, and PXYLP1. Each is linked with SBF1 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SBF1-to-partner and partner-to-SBF1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, TRAPPC13 grouped by SBF1-low versus SBF1-high in LARGE_INTESTINE.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SBF1→partner) and Y-score (partner→SBF1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
