SBDS

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SBDS RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 10,467 significant associations in total. LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SBDS-associated proteins across cancer lineages are EIF4H, SBDS_S96, and WIPF2. Each is linked with SBDS in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SBDS-to-partner and partner-to-SBDS results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SBDS versus EIF4H in LUAD, with a Pearson correlation of 0.43.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SBDS→partner) and Y-score (partner→SBDS) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
