Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, SBDS protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 12,638 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible SBDS-associated genes across cancer lineages are SBDSP1, TMEM248, and VKORC1L1. Each is linked with SBDS in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SBDS-to-partner and partner-to-SBDS results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SBDS versus SBDSP1 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.37.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SBDS→partner) and Y-score (partner→SBDS) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
