Across TCGA cell cohorts, SBDS RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,701 significant associations in total. BONE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SBDS-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Cytosolic ribosome assembly, tRNA wobble base 5-methoxycarbonylmethyl-2-thiouridinylation, and Base-excision repair, gap-filling. Each is linked with SBDS in more than 18 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SBDS-to-partner and partner-to-SBDS results are reported.
