SAYSD1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SAYSD1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 20,249 significant associations in total. ACC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SAYSD1-associated genes across cancer lineages are TRIM39, C6orf89, and C6orf47. Each is linked with SAYSD1 in more than 32 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SAYSD1-to-partner and partner-to-SAYSD1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SAYSD1 versus TRIM39 in UVM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.79.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SAYSD1→partner) and Y-score (partner→SAYSD1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
